MAKING A PURCHASE
By submitting an order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions as set out on this website.
We hope you find making a purchase very quick and very easy. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
If you do experience difficulties using the shopping basket, it is very likely that there are multiple purchases, of the same product, showing in the basket. Try the following; look towards the top of the page, click on "Shopping basket" you can then tick the box marked "delete item" and then click the button "update quantities".
Then just start your order again.

At Airpotgarden we want you to have your goods as soon as we can get them to you.
We aim to deliver most items within 3-5 days. However some products will take a longer delivery time, please view each product individually. You will be sent an e-mail on the day your order is shipped. If items are to follow they will be highlighted in this email.
LARGE & BULKY PRODUCTS DELIVERIES
Whilst every effort is made to deliver your purchases within the stated time, some items might require specialised delivery services. Pallet deliveries are not as quick as courier deliveries so please be aware of this at the time of ordering.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS & DELIVERY DELAYS
If any problems are encountered i.e. a longer delivery time is required or items are temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately and a new delivery time will be arranged. If a new schedule cannot be arranged then the customer will be offered a full refund.
BUSIER PERIOD ORDERS – DELIVERIES DISCLAIMER
In February, March and April we can experience problems due to the Spring rush and likewise in November and December, the Christmas rush happens.
Please note, whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods as quickly as possible during the busier times as stated above stock levels will start to deplete and the delivery services will be pushed to their maximum capabilities, to avoid disappointment please order your goods as early as possible.
All delivery times shown on the website are best estimations but cannot be guaranteed.
ALL goods require a signature upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for it please arrange for it to be delivered to a place where it can be signed for; for instance a place of work or a neighbour.
Please check all goods on arrival. If there is any sign of damage do not sign for the items ''In Good Condition'' but mark on the Delivery Sheet that items appear Damaged. If badly Damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us by phone or email as soon as possible with Your Order Number. Please make sure you are only signing for the correct number of items delivered. I.e. if the Delivery sheet says 3 items and you only have 2 please mark the delivery sheet as only 2 received.
If you are unable to carry out a thorough check of your goods please sign for your delivery as “Unchecked” and check these as soon as possible to ensure you have received all the items and these are in good condition.
REMEMBER WE OFTEN PACK MORE THAN ONE ITEM IN A BOX - Please open all the boxes and remove all the parts before you call or email us. For example with the five packs of Air-Pots please check that you have received 5 walls, 5 bases and 5 or 10 fixings (depending on the litre size).
If you are out when our courier arrives they will leave a card, please contact the courier (details should be on the card) to arrange for a convenient time for re-delivery. If the courier is unable to get a signature on the second delivery attempt they will leave a final card informing you where you need to go to collect your goods. Any further deliveries will require an additional payment by the customer.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Please note that for administrative reasons we cannot take deposits or hold goods without payment in full. Your credit / switch card is charged in full at the time of ordering.
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT @ 20%. If necessary we can refund VAT please contact us for details.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
When the order is processed it will be encrypted using the latest Industry Standard Protocols and processed by WORLDPAY Ltd. or PROTX. Information on this can be found at www.worldpay.com or https://www.protx.com/company/whoweare.asp. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
In addition to normal manufacturers guarantees all of our products come with our own 30 day money back guarantee.
The 30 day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Any returns made due to the goods being faulty are returned at our cost and a full refund will be made.
Returns made due to the customer changing their mind or any other reason, will be the customers responsibility to pay for shipping back to us and we will refund the cost less shipping charges agreed prior to pickup.
If you wish to cancel an order or return any unwanted items that have already been despatched you must do this within 30 days of receiving the goods. You will be required to pay any return postage costs and for the original carriage of those products. You can choose to make arrangements for return yourself.
If we have to arrange collection by courier most items incur a £25 + vat collection fee.
